The Rail Worker Jacket is a study in heritage and craftsmanship — built from the ground up using dark indigo herringbone denim woven by Orta in Turkey, a mill known for its sustainable practices and technical excellence.
Inspired by a vintage Lee 101 work jacket, the design was reimagined with a collar concept lifted from an old Stone Island piece. We dropped the second top button position slightly lower, giving the jacket a more elegant, blazer-like profile when worn open — but when fastened all the way up, it transforms back into a true worker-style silhouette, showing off the clean, structured collar detail.
Produced in a small factory in the west of Scotland, each piece is made with reinforced seams, corozo nut buttons, and PARA-DAIZA’s signature commitment to detail — bringing together design heritage, real craftsmanship, and modern function.
