We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 60-day return window from the day your order arrives.
To keep things fair, items need to be returned in the same condition you received them unworn, unused, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when sending anything back.

When returning items from outside the UK, please mark the customs declaration as:
“Returned Goods – UK origin.”
This ensures no import duty or VAT is charged when the parcel comes back to us.
Any duties or taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable by PARA-DAIZA, but customers may be able to reclaim them from their local customs office.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and get in touch straight away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
