All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, dispatched directly from our Stockbridge, Edinburgh store. Most UK customers receive their order the very next working day.

For local customers, we also offer free Click & Collect from our Stockbridge store.

For international orders, we work with trusted carriers and, where possible, ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - meaning no surprise fees when your parcel arrives.

United Kingdom

All prices include UK VAT at 20%.

United States and Canada 

Orders to the USA are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

  • Any applicable import duties and local sales taxes are calculated and paid at checkout

  • Your order will be shipped via DHL or Royal Mail tracked service and arrive with no surprise fees on delivery

European Union

Orders shipped to the EU currently include UK VAT (20%).

Because our EU sales are under the current threshold, no additional taxes or duties will be charged on delivery.

Rest of World

For most other international destinations, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) wherever possible.

  • Norway — shipped DDP (25% VAT included at checkout)

  • Switzerland — shipped DDP (8.1% VAT included at checkout)
