Shipping  UK

All UK orders are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24, so once your order is placed, we get it moving quickly.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.

  • £5.00 flat-rate UK shipping

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £95

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order leaves us.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide and aim to make international deliveries as smooth and transparent as possible.

  • European Union
    Orders shipped to the EU include UK VAT. As our EU sales remain below the current threshold, there are no additional charges on delivery  the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • United States, Norway & Switzerland
    Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable duties and local taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so your order arrives with no surprise fees on delivery.

  • Rest of the World
    International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any local import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authority upon delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination. Tracking details are provided for all international orders.

Returns  60 Days

We offer a 60-day return window from the day you receive your order.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received  unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have a question about a return, you can contact us at hello@paradaiza.com, but returns do not need to be pre-approved.

Damages or Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original piece and place a new order once the return is processed. This avoids delays, especially when stock is limited.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers can take additional time to process the refund.
