Our Geelong Fair Isle Crew Neck brings together traditional Scottish knitwear design and the exceptional softness of 100% Geelong wool.

Knitted in Hawick, Scotland, in the same specialist factory as our heavyweight Geelong Shawl Collar Cardigan, this is a lighter, more traditional piece of knitwear with a classic regular fit.

Geelong is a particularly fine grade of lambswool, originally associated with the Geelong region of Australia. Known for its exceptionally soft handle, natural warmth and breathability, it gives the knit a lovely balance of comfort and structure without the coarser feel sometimes associated with traditional wool sweaters.

The Fair Isle-inspired pattern runs across the body and sleeves, combining soft burgundy with contrasting cream and subtle earthy tones. The intricate geometric motifs give the knit plenty of character, while the ribbed crew neck, cuffs and hem keep the shape clean and familiar.

A lovely example of Scottish knitwear, where traditional pattern, quality yarn and generations of manufacturing knowledge come together.
